Overview

Break the Cycle of Overuse Pain.

Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI) describes pain and discomfort caused by repetitive motion or overuse of a particular body part. It typically affects soft tissues such as muscles, tendons, and ligaments. When these structures are overworked or subjected to prolonged strain, they become inflamed or irritated, leading to pain, swelling, and restricted movement. Elbows and wrists are common sites. Injuries often develop slowly, so early detection and treatment matter.
